WHAT IS CANVAS CLASH?

Canvas Clash is a live competitive art event where 8 artists battle it out in timed rounds to find the ultimate artist.

The top 2 artists from each round make it to the final where they must create a piece based on a theme chosen by the audience. Artists will only have 30 minutes to bring their vision to life. It’s fast-paced, creative and an exciting experience for artists and the audience!

Beyond the competitions, guests can enjoy delicious street food, a bar, dance along to our DJ and shop market stalls with art from Chester’s local creatives. Whether you’re cheering on the artists, enjoy great food and music or browsing unique artwork, there’s something for everyone.

Go head to head in a high energy competition and create your artwork in just 30 minutes whilst the audience watches. The audience will pick their favourites from each round to battle it out in the final.
